4XMM-DR13 data tables

• 4XMM_DR13cat_v1.0.fits.gz — full catalog in FITS format; recommended for more in-depth studies (includes information of all detections); 336 columns, 983 948 rows, 914 MB
• 4XMM_DR13cat_v1.0.csv.gz — same as above, but in CSV format; 1.1 GB
• 4XMM_slim_DR13cat_v1.0.fits.gz — reduced version of the catalog in FITS format, suited for studies of unique sources (individual detection information is not included); 45 columns, 656 997 rows, 89 MB
• 4XMM_slim_DR13cat_v1.0.csv.gz — same as above, but in CSV format; 113 MB
